A new report from the Arab Advisors Group provides an overview and analysis of the CSR initiatives implemented by the telecom operators in the Arab World. By the end of 2014, over 460 initiatives were cumulatively undertaken by all the operators in the region.
A new report published by the Arab Advisors Group analyzed the corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices by telecom operators in 19 Arab countries, namely: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, the UAE and Yemen. The CSR initiatives that have been implemented in the region are categorized into community development, educational, philanthropic and environmental.
