A new report from Arab Advisors Group analyzes the digitization levels of the Arab countries. The UAE ranked first in the digital index rankings for year 2018.
Arab Advisors Group created the Digital Index to rate and rank the digitization levels of the Arab markets. The analysis of the Digital Index in the Arab World relies on four main pillars that are: Smart Government pillar, Digital Readiness pillar, Electronic and Mobile Payment pillar, and the Economic and education pillar.
In the report, each pillar was assigned a weight, depending on its importance in measuring the digital index scores. The pillars rely on a number of indicators. Each indicator represents the country as a whole.
A new report, “Digital Index in the Arab World 2018” was released to Arab Advisors Group’s Telecoms Strategic Research Service subscribers on September 16, 2018.
