On September 18, 2017, Telecom Egypt announced its transformation into a fully integrated operator, and co-operating with Etisalat Misr to expand its mobile services coverage in Egypt. This report provides an overview of the Egyptian cellular operator “WE” and its effect on Egypt’s Cellular Competition Intensity Index.
