SUMMARY:
This report provides an overview of the six Pay TV providers in the MENA region by October 2017, namely: OSN, MyHD, beIN, GOBX, Al Majd and Seevii. The report provides detailed comparison for the six operators broadcast out of the Arab world, which includes comparing channels, dealers, packages and prices, air time and interactive services of the six analyzed Pay TV providers. The report covers media survey findings conducted by the Arab Advisors Group. The survey probed media usage patterns in Egypt, including Pay TV usage patterns and watching habits. The survey gave insights into the reasons deterring viewers from subscribing to Pay TV providers.
